Onicomicosis is a fungal infection that occurs when fungi attack nails or toenails, as well as the skin underneath the nail (nail bed). The nails of the lower limb are affected more frequently, as they grow more slowly, thus favoring the development of mycosis.
The wonderful mixture that will treat this condition is made from baking soda and apple cider vinegar. You need to know that baking soda stops the spread of the fungus, while the vinegar will kill the fungus.
– 5 tablespoons of baking soda
– 200 ml of apple cider vinegar
– 1 liter of water
How to prepare:
Put the baking soda and water in a larger pot and mix until it dissolves. Soak your feet in this mixture and keep them for 15 minutes. Then remove the legs, and let them dry without wiping them off. After they have dried, add the vinegar to the water, and soak your feet again in this mixture. Let it act for 10 minutes, and then let the feet dry naturally.
Follow this remedy every evening, before bedtime, for 10 consecutive days, and fungus will disappear without any harsh chemicals applied.
