Perhaps you have completely forgotten about cracked heels because winter is coming, and you think is not necessary to take care of heels anymore. But it’s absolutely wrong! You have to take care of your feet even during winter, because complication may appear and your feet can get infected. And, it’s time to fight against this unpleasant problem with natural remedies, easy to prepare at home.
– Shea butter
– Coconut oil
– Magnesium flakes
Method of preparation:
1. First, mix 2 tablespoons of magnesium flakes with 2 tablespoons of boiled water until you get a thick paste. Put it aside as you handle the other ingredients.
2. Melt in the Bain Marie 3 tablespoons of beeswax, 2 tablespoons of Shea butter and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Then leave them aside and wait for them to cool slightly then use a blender at the minimum speed to mix them.
3. While you’re blending the ingredients, slowly add the magnesium flakes, and finally you’ll obtain some kind of gel. Put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, then remove it and mix it again until you get a cream with the consistency of butter.
This cracked heel cream is generally applied at night, before bedtime, to be as effective as possible. Also, remember that no natural treatment is miraculous, so you will need to introduce this cream in your daily routine.
