How To Lower Bad Cholesterol With Parsley

Parsley stimulates blood circulation, and when mixed with lemon juice, it is very effective in reducing cholesterol.

To prepare a cholesterol-lowering drink, you need:

– 1.5 liters of water
– 3 handfuls of parsley
– 1 kilogram of lemons
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda

Clean the lemons with baking soda and leave them in cold water for half an hour to get rid of the pesticides they might contain. Meantime, boil the water and let it cool, then cut the lemons and parsley and add them to the water. Put the beverage in a glass container with lid, and let it sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Then mix everything with the blender and store the juice obtained in the refrigerator. Drink 100 ml per day.
Repeat this procedure for at least 1 month, and you’ll see big improvements to your general health.
