– 1 cup of honey
– 1 cup of lemon juice
– 5-7 radishes
– 1 small red onion
– 6 garlic cloves
Method of preparation:
Wash the vegetables and peel the onion and garlic. Cut into quarters and mix in a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again. Pour the mixture into a jar and leave in the refrigerator.
How to use:
For adults, take about 2 tablespoons a day or more if it’s necessary.
For children, it’s recommended maximum 1 tablespoon a day. The first improvements will appear after 24 hours and a good night sleep.
