Gelatin-Based Face Masks To Boost Collagen And Rejuvenate Your Complexion

Above all, gelatin is appreciated for its high collagen content. It’s known that people continue to produce enough collagen up to the age of 25. From that point on, the collagen level begins to decrease, and this deficit has to be recovered through dieting.

Collagen is one of the most important proteins in the body, being essential for maintaining body and bone health, skin, nail and hair resistance.

After the age of 25, we lose 1.5% of the total collagen.

This is a normal aging process, but certain factors such as stress, smoking, excessive sun exposure, and an unhealthy diet can accelerate the irrecoverable loss of collagen in the body.

A healthy lifestyle can be the easiest solution to slow collagen loss. If you start eating foods rich in this protein, you can compensate collagen deficit.

Used as a nutritional supplement, gelatin strengthens hair and skin, replenishing their elasticity, health and beauty. Therefore, I suggest to every woman and man out there to boost collagen and rejuvenate the complexion with one of the following gelatin-based face masks.
