– 6 lemons
– 3 grapefruit
– 5 tablespoons of fresh ginger root (grated or powdered)
– 4 garlic cloves
– mint leaves
– ½ liter of water
– 1 teaspoon of cumin
– 1 tablespoon of linseed oil
How to prepare:
Squeeze the citrus fruits. Mix the ginger and the garlic in a blender. Mix the resulted juice with lemon and grapefruit juice. Add water, cumin and linseed oil. Mix all ingredients and drink the resulting juice on an empty stomach.
