Constant forehead, maxilla, teeth and cheekbones pains, clogged nose and red eyes are symptoms of chronic sinusitis. If you recall often to antibiotics to get rid of sinusitis, it means that you didn’t get rid of the problems.
To get rid of chronic sinusitis, the natural way, you have to follow these 3 steps:
Step 1: Stop the infection
To get rid of candida infection, the main cause of chronic sinusitis, it’s important to consume as much protein as possible (beans, meat, fish), but also healthy fats and vegetables (garlic is excellent). Refuse to eat sweets, especially unprocessed, but also high-glycemic carbohydrates, especially fermenting cereals or moldy cheese.
Step 2: Clean your sinuses
Salt is more effective than any antibiotic and can prevent sinus problems. Combine 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt with 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a cup of lukewarm water. Put in each nostril 2-3 drops with a sterile pipette.
Aromatherapy oils are also effective, especially those with antifungal properties. Use eucalyptus or oregano oil, green tea or thyme oil by pouring a few drops in the tube while taking a bath.
