If your pupils are always red, sensitive to light and you feel a slight burning sensation, especially when you sit at the computer, you should change your lifestyle. Pink eyes occur because of the pollution, most of the time, and they start to be very itchy and sometimes they swollen. But, there are a few natural remedies to get rid of a pink eye, and to regain their health without being irritated all the time.
When you feel like your eyes are irritated, it’s advisable to use this ancient remedy that will restore health immediately. Add 30 grams of dill seeds to 1 liter of water and let them boil. Then all you have to do is to cover your head with a towel and let the steam and to do its job.
Let the water boil and then add chamomile flowers to prepare a tea. After it was cooled to room temperature, soak some cotton swabs and put them over your eyelids. Leave on 10 minutes to act because chamomile will help soothe and heal the irritated eyes.
Green tea bags
They are very beneficial for your eyes health, especially to get rid of the pink eye. Thanks to caffeine in it, it helps contracting the blood vessels, relieving the irritated and swollen eyes. Let the sachets on your eyes for 10 minutes.
Soak a piece of cotton gauze in cold water and put it over your eyes closed. In a few seconds the burning sensation disappear and you’ll notice how to redness will disappear. Make sure the water is clean, and it’s better to cool the water in the refrigerator.
Boil 100 ml of milk and add some chamomile. After the milk was cooled, soak some compresses and apply them on your eyelids for 10 minutes.
From an ordinary zucchini cut a few slices and apply them on your closed eyelids. Put a damp towel over them and leave it for 10 minutes.
Another vegetable that helps you with this problem! Irritated and tired eyes won’t be a problem anymore. Thanks to the starch, which is an anti-inflammatory agent, your pupils will be healthier than ever. Apply 2 slices of potatoes for 15 minutes before bedtime.
You need a few leaves of soft cabbage that you can apply directly to your eyelids. Leave it to act for 15 minutes.
What can you do to prevent fatigue and eye irritation?
– Every 40-50 minutes, get up from the computer;
– Monitor should be at a distance of 50 cm from your eyes;
– Wipe the fingerprints and dust of your monitor. Spots on the screen can reduce contrast and thus increase the problems with glare and brightness;
– Use a filter;
– Adjusts the contrast of your monitor so that light is not too strong;
