How To Use Castor Oil As A Laxative To Get Rid Of Constipation

Castor oil is often used in beauty, but not everyone knows that is also a great remedy for constipation if you used it internally. Actually, in my opinion, is one of the most effective remedy to get rid of constipation quickly.

How to use castor oil for constipation

Castor oil acts as a mild laxative and so will get you rid of constipation. An average dose of 1 teaspoon of castor oil taken on an empty stomach in the morning helps digestion and reduces bloating, making cramps and other symptoms associated with constipation to disappear.

If the patient suffers from chronic constipation or it lasts for a long time, it can increase the dose of castor oil to 2 or 3 teaspoons added in a glass of milk.

Castor oil should not be used internally in excess because it may have side effects on the way your stomach and intestines work.
