In order to prevent and attenuate vertical wrinkles that make us look tired and a few years older than in reality, we need to resort to this simple and effective method: facial massage.
Massaging the face for one minute every day helps combat unsightly vertical wrinkles. The first step consists in choosing a treatment with effective anti-wrinkle ingredients suitable for the specific needs of your skin.
Try to choose a tube product, it will be easier to apply directly to your wrinkles. Use the product daily, in the morning or in the evening, following the steps below:
1. Apply the product directly on the vertical wrinkles
Apply the product directly on the vertical wrinkles (wrinkles between the eyebrows to the nasal wrinkles, then under the corners of the lips).
2. Hold and advance along nasal wrinkles
Grab a skin fold between the fleshy part of the first three fingers and the second joint of the thumb. 4. Increase lip contour to avoid wrinkles in the outer mouth corner
Use the fleshy part of the finger and thumb to make small movements to clamp correct angles for wrinkles on the upper lip. Repeat the movement several times along the upper lip.
5. Finish with a smoothing upward massage over the face
Finish the massage with an upward smoothing motion over the face and neck from the inside out.
