How To Remove Brown Spots Using Natural Ingredients

Brown spots appear on your skin because of the prolonged sun exposure. And, let’s be honest, we can’t deprive us from such endearment, and the best healthy thing is to use sunscreen. But, sometimes things aren’t so simple because either the cream isn’t effective or we don’t apply it properly. So, at the end of the summer we’ll have some more brown spots on our skin. The following natural remedy is very simple but it requires perseverance. The first results are visible after a few weeks. I know this remedy from my grandmother because she used to prepare it for healing scars and she also discovered how brown spots disappeared like magic. I never try it, but I wanted to share this information with you, maybe someone needs it.

Onion juice is a traditional remedy for scars or blemishes, but a few people are aware of the benefits this vegetable brings. Onion antioxidants heal skin tissue that was damaged by free radicals and also protects the outer layer of the epidermis.

And the acids found in apple cider vinegar act as natural scrubs, removing dead skin layers. These two ingredients mixed together will help in removing brown spots from your skin.

Preparation:

Put one chopped onion in a blender with half a cup of apple cider vinegar and mix for a few minutes.
You have to form a homogenous paste. Then, put the paste in a gauze or a piece of cloth and massage the brown spots area with it, every day for 4 weeks. This should work!
