Are you dealing with a bag breath? Well, there are several things why this occurs. First, and the most important, is poor dental hygiene, and the second is your daily diet. 1. Clean your tongue with baking soda!
Beside the ordinary teeth brushing, nutritionists advise you to clean (brush) your tongue with baking soda. Baking soda is alkaline and removes toxic acids that reside in the mouth, throat and even in the stomach. By changing the pH of the mouth, you’ll feel an immediate effect.
2. Use daily your toothbrush, mouthwash and floss!
It is more than advisable to brush your teeth 3 times a day or even in the morning and evening to protect your teeth from cavities, gingivitis and periodontitis. If you don’t follow this rule, your teeth will turn yellow over time, will lead to cavities and tooth enamel and will be affected causing it’s detachment from the gums. So, using mouthwash and dental floss will effectively clean and disinfect your tongue, internal cheeks and teeth, and you won’t have a bad breath!
3. Brush your teeth with aloe vera gel!
Aloe vera is a reliable friend when it comes to your dental hygiene. It has the ability to kill bacteria and viruses, not only from the mouth, but from the entire body. In addition, it has anti-inflammatory properties and stimulates cell restoration.

4. Drink plenty of water!
We already know that we should drink at least 2 liters of water per day to be healthy. Fluid consumption not only improves kidney activity and hydrates the skin but also can help you to have a fresh breath.
5. Choose green!
It’s not a secret anymore that diet influences your breath. However, there are foods that can help to keep your breath fresh and pleasant. It’s about many green plants, most with strong taste, that purifies you from inside-out, like chlorophyll which helps to neutralizes toxins that cause the bad breath.

Parsley- chew parsley leaves after you’ve eaten garlic and onion to remove the odor
