A common problem, faced by most women is the appearance of dark circles and puffy eyes. This problem appears because of insufficient sleep, aging, constant fatigue, alcohol or cigarette abuse, the hours spent in front of the computer, sunlight exposure, allergies or malnutrition. But, this means that we shall live in a crystal ball, and we can’t! And nature comes in our help to solve this problem with some natural remedies.
Green tea and cucumber mask
You have to prepare a cup of green tea, and after it has cooled just add 4 slices of cucumber and put the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then apply on each eye one cucumber slice and leave them to act for 10 minutes. Then replace the slices and leave them act for another 10 minutes. Green tea and cucumber will relax the area under the eyes and will leave you with a fresh feeling.
Raw potatoes are a very good remedy against dark circles and puffy eyes. Grate a potato and wrap it in two pieces of cloth, then put them under the eyes. Leave these two “potato bags” to act for 10 minutes. And for a quicker solution, peel the potato and cut it two slices shaped as the Turkish Moon. Then apply them under the eyes and leave to act for 10 minutes. You can repeat this procedure every day.
Chamomile tea ice cubes
Prepare chamomile tea and put it in the freezer in the ice tray. Apply one cube on each eye. You can repeat this procedure even 2 times a day. For visible results you should repeat this procedure every day for a month.
Grate a radish then mix it with a glass of cold milk. Leave the mixture in the fridge for two hours then strain well the radish. Apply the grated radish under your eyes. You’ll see the effects after several applications.
