3 Quick And Simple Natural Remedies For Bloating

Bloating is the most common abdominal discomfort, and if bloating isn’t a symptom of a serious disease, you can easily treat it with natural remedies, and avoiding foods that are troublesome for our tummy.

3. Celery, lemon and apple juice

For this juice you need a peeled cucumber, a green apple, juice of half a lemon, leaves from a celery, and a glass of ice cubes. Mix all ingredients in blender and drink it immediately. This juice is also excellent for detoxification, to strengthen immunity and improve blood circulation and to lower cholesterol.
Other quick remedies for bloating are: chamomile tea, ginger tea, green tea, warm water with lemon, mint tea, apple cider vinegar with water in equal amounts.
